Terms of use
The short version. We point you at offers that other companies run. We don't sell anything, we don't take payments, and we can't promise an offer will still be live when you get there. The brand's own page is always the version that counts.
1. Using TakeNoteDeals
By browsing this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, that's fine — please don't use the site.
2. What this site is
TakeNoteDeals is a directory. We collect promotions from public sources and brand announcements, write a short summary of each, and link to the page where the offer actually lives. We aren't the merchant, the travel agent, the bank, the software vendor or the rewards programme. We're not a party to anything you agree with a brand, and we take no payment from you at any point.
3. Offers belong to the brands
Every promotion on this site is run by the brand named on the card, under that brand's own terms. Offers start, change and end without notice, and nobody tells us in advance. Percentages, credit amounts and free periods are the brand's claims as published, not our quote — they're a summary of what the offer page said when we wrote the card.
If an offer has moved on by the time you arrive, the brand's page wins.
4. What you may and may not do
- Read, search, filter and share the site as much as you like.
- Link to any page here, including individual offers.
- Don't scrape or bulk-download the site, or hit it with automated requests that slow it down for everyone else.
- Don't copy it wholesale, resell it, or pass it off as your own.
- Don't use it to break the law, defraud a brand, or abuse an offer's terms.
5. A link out is not an endorsement
We list a brand because the offer looked worth knowing about, not because the brand paid for the position. A link is an introduction, not a recommendation to buy, and not a promise that the product suits you.
6. Not professional advice
Nothing here is financial, legal, tax or medical advice. A cashback rate, a credit amount or a discount is a commercial offer, not a suggestion about what to do with your money.
7. Brand names and logos
Brand names, wordmarks and logos belong to their owners and appear here only to identify the offer being described. TakeNoteDeals's own name, design and code are ours. If you own a mark and want a listing corrected or removed, say so and we'll deal with it promptly.
8. The site is provided as it is
We work to keep listings accurate and the site up, but we can't promise either. Pages may be wrong, offers may be stale, and the site may be down for maintenance. We may change, move or withdraw any part of it at any time.
9. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from a brand's offer, from a purchase you make on another site, or from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that can't lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. What's on this page is always the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
